Conducting an unregistered school
It is an offence under Section 65 of the Education Act 1990 to conduct or knowingly permit or assist in the conduct of an unregistered school for the education of children between the ages of 6 years and 15 years.
Penalties apply to persons who conduct unregistered schools.
