Responsibilities of the Minister and the Board of Studies
Under the Education Act 1990 the Minister has particular responsibilities in relation to the registration and accreditation of non-government schools and to systems of non-government schools.
The Board of Studies also has particular delegated responsibilities in relation to the registration and accreditation of non-government schools and to systems of non-government schools.
