Concern about compliance with the requirements for registration
In cases where the Minister is not satisfied that the requirements for registration are being met, the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Registration Committee of the Board of Studies under delegation from the Board of Studies, reduce a school's period of registration in accordance with Section 57A of the Education Act 1990. In these circumstances, the school's registration becomes provisional.
